An organized, efficient, and skilled communicator, Marla ensures that all work is completed on time, within budget and with seamless communication between her clients, architects, contractors, vendors and her creative team.

 

B I O

 Marla Schrank is an award-winning designer known for her artful and timeless vision. A native Bostonian, Marla studied Art, and Psychology at the University of New Hampshire, and Interior Architecture and Design at the University of California, Berkeley. For more than 25 years, Marla has reimagined the interiors of dozens of sophisticated Bay Area homes.  Marla has worked with clients throughout the Bay Area, in Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Silicon Valley, Tahoe, Boston, New York, Sun Valley, Dallas and Santa Fe, New Mexico. She currently resides in Kensington, CA.

 

S E R V I C E S

Marla Schrank Interiors offers design services from concept development through final installation including:

·       Initial space planning with two and three dimensional design concepts

·       Budget development, refinement, and project management

·       Collaboration with key partners on the preparation of construction documents including plans, elevations and specifications

·       Selection of overall design scheme including architectural features, finishes, fixtures, colors, materials and paint.

·       Sourcing and/or designing custom furniture, cabinetry, window treatments, lighting, artwork and accessories.

·       Ordering, tracking, inspection, delivery and installation of all furniture, furnishings, fixtures, fabrics and accessories

·       Partnering with industry professionals such as architects, contractors, and engineers
